Colonial Auto Service was founded in 1977 by David Murray. His goal was to build an up front and honest auto repair business and strived to provide new and current customers the most reliable service in town. David saw his business as an important part of the town of East Longmeadow and surrounding areas.
In the mid 80's, Dave's sons Dan and Brian started working at the shop and with their love of automobiles became a great asset to Colonial Auto Service.
The customer base of Colonial Auto Service continued to grow over the years. In fact, the customer base eventually became too big for this small auto repair shop. As a result, Dave Murray decided to build a new garage to provide better service to his customers. In January of 1988, the new garage was completed and ready to be put to use.
In 1991, Dan and Brian took over ownership of Colonial Auto Service. They continue to provide the same upfront and honest service their Dad integrated into the foundation of the business. They strive to keep the business up-to-date with the advancement of technology and the service of auto mechanics. All work is performed by ASE Level 1 technicians.
Colonial Auto Service may have changed looks, and even ownership over the years, however, it has maintained its originating ethics - providing customers the best service in town that is always up front and honest.I
Colonial Auto Service is fully equipped to repair and maintain new and old, foreign and domestic vehicles without voiding manufacturer warranties. All work is performed by ASE Level 1 technicians.
